Class Levels

 All required dance wear & footwear is available for purchase at Dynamic Dance Academy.

Toddler Ballet (Ages 2-3)

Class duration:  30 minutes

Toddlers will improve gross motor skills by learning how to jump, hop, gallop and walk "like a ballerina".  Participants will also do activities to help them learn colors, follow directions and get along with others.  This class takes place without the parent in the room.

Required tights & footwear:  PINK tights & PINK ballet shoes.

 Small Wonders (Ages 3 -5)

Tap/Ballet Combination:  60 minutes  Required tights & footwear:  PINK tights, PINK ballet shoes & BLACK patent leather TIE tap shoes.

Intro to Tumbling:  30 minutes  Required items: Leotard, shorts optional. No tights or shoes are worn.  

Starlettes (Ages 6-7)

Tap/Ballet Combination:  60 minutes  Required tights & footwear:  PINK tights, PINK ballet shoes & BLACK patent leather TIE tap shoes.

Jazz/Hip-Hop Combination:  60 minutes     Required tights & footwear:  PINK or TAN tights & BLACK SLIP-ON jazz shoes.

Intro to Tumbling (Ages 6-8):  45 minutes  Required items: Leotard, shorts optional. No tights or shoes are worn. 

Shining Stars (Ages 8-9) & Dazzlers (Ages 10-11)

Ballet:  45 minutes     Required tights & footwear:  PINK tights & PINK ballet shoes.

Tap:  45 minutes     Required tights & footwear:  PINK  tights & TAN BUCKLE tap shoes.

Lyrical:  45 minutes     Required tights & footwear:  PINK or TAN convertible tights & TAN footUndeez.

Jazz:  45 minutes     Required tights & footwear:  PINK or TAN tights & BLACK SLIP-ON jazz shoes.

Hip-Hop (Ages 8-12):  45 minutes     Required footwear:  BLACK SLIP-ON jazz shoes, or regular sneakers.

Pre-Pointe: 30 minutes   Required tights & footwear:  PINK convertible tights & PINK ballet shoes.   Students will be notified when to purchase pointe shoes.

Junior Teens (Ages 12-13) & Teens (Ages 14-17) & Seniors (Ages 16+) & Adults (18+)

Ballet:  60 minutes     Required tights & footwear:  PINK tights & PINK ballet shoes.

Tap:  60 minutes     Required tights & footwear:  PINK or TAN tights & BLACK TAP OXFORDS .

Lyrical:  60 minutes     Required tights & footwear:  PINK or TAN convertible tights & TAN turning shoes.

Jazz:  60 or 75 minutes     Required tights & footwear:  PINK or TAN tights & BLACK or TAN SLIP-ON jazz shoes.

Hip-Hop:  60 minutes     Required footwear:  Sneakers.

Contemporary:  60 or 75 minutes     Required tights & footwear:  PINK or TAN convertible tights & TAN turning shoes.

Pointe:  60 minutes     Required tights & footwear:  PINK convertible tights & PINK pointe shoes. 

Pre-Pointe:  30 minutes     Required tights & footwear:  PINK convertible tights & PINK ballet shoes.   Students will be notified when to purchase pointe shoes.
